Charlotte leads the research brief at the Russell Group, shaping our policy and advocacy in this area
She joined the organisation from The Brilliant Club, a university access charity, where she led on policy engagement and strategy. Before this, Charlotte worked as a policy advisor in the Civil Service, working primarily on rental reform. Charlotte holds a PhD in English Literature from the University of East Anglia, where she also taught undergraduate courses. She is passionate about the transformative potential of research in advancing knowledge, driving social impact, and fostering economic growth.
